Dr. Urbano has been Senior Advisor for Programs of International Cooperation by the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs from 1998 to 2018, he led hundreds of national projects both at infrastructural and policy level.
Dr. Urbano lived and worked in Central Africa, Latin America and Central America in more than 20 countries for the past 30 years.
